Green chile simmered fresh every morning, salsas made in-house, nothing from a bag. That's just how we cook — it's the only way we know.
One of Colorado's largest tequila collections
We take our tequila seriously — we even had our own reposado blended by a Maestro Tequilero, bottled exclusively for Casa Caliente. The bar is a destination on its own.

Our spacious dining room was built for big moments — birthdays, reunions, and dinners that turn into late nights. We also cater, so you can be a guest at your own event.
